Santa Fe Springs – On March 3oth at 3:57pm, officers responded to a call of shots fired near the intersection of Alburtis Avenue and Telegraph Road. When officers arrived at the scene they found two teenaged victims, both residents of Santa Fe Springs, with gunshot wounds to their legs and ankles. According to witnesses’ the suspect fired five to six rounds at both victims before fleeing the area in what was described as a lowered grey pick-up truck. Both victims were uncooperative with the investigation and were transported to a local hospital where they were reported to be in good condition. The investigation is ongoing.
