Whittier, CA - On December 21, 2009 at approximately 4:16pm, Whittier PD officers responded to an apartment complex in the 8200 block of Santa Fe Springs Road regarding a female not breathing inside of her apartment. When officers arrived they found the victim, a 19 year-old female deceased inside. The cause of death is unknown at this time, and is being investigated by Whittier PD Detectives.
