Critical Missing Adult

Whittier, CA - The Whittier Police Dept is seeking the public's help in locating an elderly female who has been missing since early this morning ( 2-02-08 ). Julie Lanning, an 82 year old White female was reported missing by her family after leaving Whittier Hospital this morning. Lanning was reported to have left the hospital on public transportation enroute to her home, but never arrived as of 2:00 P.M. this afternoon. She was last seen wearing a tan coat and blue trousers. Lanning is described as 5'2" tall, 100 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. Lanning was also described as wearing a gold band ( wedding ring ) with a single center diamond and two smaller side diamonds. While the Whittier Police Department has enlisted the help of surrounding agencies, buslines and hospitals, they are again asking for the publics help in locating Julie Lanning, who suffers from Alheimer's, Dementia and a Thyroid condition, all of which require medication.
