Whittier, CA – On August 12, 2010 at approximately 2:05am, Whittier PD Officers responded to a vandalism in progress call in the 7900 block of Bright Avenue. When officers arrived on scene they detained a 16 year-old boy and Whittier resident, who admitted to vandalizing multiple locations with spray paint and damaging several vehicles.
The damages are estimated to be in excess of $10,000. The suspect was recently released from probation for vandalism, and is now faces felony vandalism charges.
