Felony Tagger in Custody

Santa Fe Springs - At 9:30 pm, a witness observed two males spraypainting on various business signs and walls in the area of Pioneer Blvd. and Jersey Ave. When officers arrived at the scene they were unable to locate the suspects. Moments later however, the witness reported that one of the males was standing by a nearby gas station. Officers arrived and conducted an investigation which resulted in an adult male being arrested for felony vandalism. The arrestee was identified as Ruben Moreno, (12/01/87) a resident of Santa Fe Springs.
