Man Shot to Death

On May 27, 2007 at approximately 10:30 pm, Whittier Police officers responded to the 11400 block of Maxine St. regarding a report of gun shots being heard. Upon arrival, officers found a 25-year-old male Hispanic deceased, lying in the street with several gun shot wounds. The male Hispanic was identified as Michael Rosas of Norwalk.
