On August 6, 2008 at 2:10 am, officers conducted a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle in the 12700 block of Lambert Road. A field investigation resulted in the search of the vehicle. Officers recovered a loaded semi-automatic handgun inside the passenger compartment of the vehicle. Steven Ramon (DOB: 10-17-86) from Whittier was arrested for carrying a loaded firearm in public.
