On Monday August 18th, the US Bank at 13525 Whittier Blvd., was robbed at 1:00pm. According to witnesses, a White male adult, 6 feet tall weighing 150 pounds with a thin build (approximately 35 yrs old), and wearing a “Bob Marley” type hat, black pants and camouflage shirt, claimed to possess a machine gun. He presented an envelope to the teller, and was given approximately $500. He fled eastbound on foot towards the Papa John’s Pizza and out of sight.
