On July 22, 2008 at 8:55 p.m. a pedestrian crossed Beverly Boulevard between Palm and Norwalk, not in a crosswalk. The 60 year old victim did not see a vehicle approaching east bound on Beverly and was struck. The victim died at the scene. Traffic Bureau is investigating this incident.
