Suspect Arrested After Exposing Himself

On October 28th at 7:46am, a Whittier High School student walked past a male suspect who was masturbating while seated in his vehicle to the front of 7038 Pickering Aveune. She continued walking to school where WHS security staff was notified. As a result, the School Resource Officer was dispatched and located the suspect who was arrested. The arrestee was identified as Joseph Ochoa, 30 years old, of Pico Rivera.
