This year the Whittier Police Department will again partner with the Salvation Army Whittier Corps for the annual toy drive.
The police department will continue to collect donated toys at various locations throughout the city. However, the Salvation Army will coordinate family sign-ups and distribution of toys.
Please refer all inquiries to Nadine of the Salvation Army @ (562)698-8348 ext. 201. Sign ups for eligible families are currently underway.
The last date for toy donations is December 14, 2008. If you have any questions please contact Sergeant Michael J. Przybyl at (562) 945-8277.
