Whittier PD Seeks Robbery Suspects

On November 4th at 12:42pm, a robbery took place at the Von’s Distribution Credit Union located at 13100 Firestone Blvd. Two male Hispanics, originally described as blacks, in their 40’s, entered the location and demanded money. No weapons were seen however, employees and customers fled the credit union while the suspects took cash. They fled in a silver mid sized Chrysler, dropped the vehicle off further down Firestone, got into another car (description unknown) and left the area. Whittier PD Forensics was called to the scene to print the getaway car (it was reported stolen) and processed the crime scene as well.
