On December 12th at 5:00pm, Whittier PD arrested a 14 year old who resides in SFS, who admitted to damaging city property by way of etching. It was also discovered that the juvenile had an outstanding warrant for yet another vandalism. He was transported to Los Padrinos.
One day prior, Town City Hall personnel noticed scratched vandalism in the form of local gang initials on the men's bathroom mirror. A view of the video just prior to the incident singled out one person who caused the damage. That person was, again, hanging out at Town City Hall on 12-18. Whittier PD was called to investigate and confronted the suspect who was subsequently arrested.
