Santa Fe Springs - On July 25th at 3:00am, two suspects robbed the Winchell's Donuts at 11330 Washington Blvd. After milling around inside the store for approximately 15 minutes, suspect two, who was wearing blue shorts and a black t-shirt acted as a lookout while suspect one entered the store. Suspect one then pulled a handgun from beneath a blue hooded sweatshirt and demanded money from the clerk. The clerk then handed over approximately $156.00 from the register and the suspects fled to the rear of the business towards the Four Winds apartments. Both suspects were described as male Hispanics between the ages of 15-18.
