On May 6, 2009 at 11:50am, officers responded to a report of an attempted stabbing in the 11000 block of Howard. Witnesses directed the officers to the suspect location where they negotiated with him until he surrendered peacefully. Arrested was Millan, David Mark (DOB 8/29/1958).
