Santa Fe Springs - On May 7, 2009 at 1:20pm a female victim was walking in the parking lot of the shopping center at 13473 Telegraph when she was approached from the back by the suspect. The suspect grabbed the victim's purse and pushed her away. He then ran southbound across Telegraph Road and out of sight.
The suspect is described as a male Hispanic, 25 years old, 5-10, 160, wearing a striped shirt and black pants.
