Counterfeit Merchandise Operation
On Saturday, August 12, 2006 Whittier detectives and investigators from private firms conducted a sting operation at the Santa Fe Springs Swap Meet. The operation targeted vendors that sold counterfeit merchandise to the public. In all, five vendors were cited and all of their merchandise was confiscated.
