While patrolling Santa Fe Springs on 08/20/06, a Whittier Police Officer saw three suspects attempting to run near Pioneer Blvd. and Florence Ave. The officer was able to detain them and quickly determined they had spray painted a very large wall (at least 25' wide) with various tagging. Two of the three suspects were adults, and all reside in Norwalkk. At least $1000 worth of damage was reported. The adult suspects were identified as Andrew Ginete (05/01/87) and Raymond Edward Ceballos (02/16/88).
